Douglas Claims & Risk Consultants, Inc. provides a combination of workers compensation training, integrated disability management, technology and consulting service to help companies efficiently manage injured employees.
Leveraging technology and best practices we enable organizations to link HR policies with prudent injury management strategies. These initiatives drive bottom-line savings and enhance employee relations.
DCRC is founded in 1999 on one principle – Safety has to be implemented from the Board Room to the Stock Room – Employers can no longer accept injuries as the inevitable cost of doing business. Our President and CEO, Margaret Spence, established DCRC because she wanted to use the experience she gained as an Adjuster and Risk Manager to impact the way employers manage injured employees. Frustrated by the volume of settlements and the increasing severity of injuries, Margaret knew that the only way to stop this cycle was to start educating employers.
DCRC online return to work solutions engages employers to manage disabilities and get employees back to work successfully. With a focus on strategic and tactical policy implementation organizations gain better control of their workers compensation cost while boosting safety awareness and overall work performance.
